DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY

Durgoo Explores currently provides digital EBooks and travel guides.
Because our EBooks are digital products, physical shipping is not applicable to these purchases.
1. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your purchased EBook will be provided electronically through the delivery method specified during the purchase process.
Depending on the system used, delivery may be provided through:
  • Download link
  • Confirmation page
  • Email
  • Customer account
  • Another digital delivery method displayed at checkout
2. Delivery Time
Digital products are intended to be delivered after successful payment.
In most cases, access will be provided shortly after the transaction is successfully completed, subject to payment and delivery-system processing.
3. Payment Successful but EBook Not Received
If payment was successfully completed but you do not receive your EBook:
  1. Check your email inbox.
  2. Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders.
  3. Check that you used the correct email address.
  4. Check your payment confirmation.
  5. Wait a short period for the payment and delivery systems to process the order.
  6. Contact us if the EBook is still unavailable.
4. Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address during purchase, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery where we can verify the purchase.
5. Technical Problems
If your EBook file is damaged, inaccessible or the download link does not work, contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working copy or alternative access.
6. Download Responsibility
Once the EBook has been successfully delivered or made available to you, you are responsible for maintaining access to your copy for personal use.
We recommend keeping a backup of your purchased EBook for personal use.
7. Physical Shipping
Durgoo Explores does not currently ship physical copies of the digital EBooks covered by this policy.
If physical products are introduced in the future, a separate shipping policy may apply.
