# REFUND POLICY

##### Thank you for purchasing from Durgoo Explores.

##### Because our products are primarily **digital EBooks and travel guides**, our refund policy is different from that of physical products.

##### **1. Digital Products**

##### Our EBooks are digital products delivered electronically.

##### Once an EBook has been successfully delivered or made available for download or access, purchases are generally **non-refundable**, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we approve a refund under this policy.

##### **2. When We May Provide a Refund or Replacement**

##### Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a refund, replacement or another appropriate solution where:

- ##### You were charged but did not receive the purchased EBook.
- ##### The download or access link does not work.
- ##### The delivered file is technically corrupted.
- ##### You accidentally purchased the same EBook more than once.
- ##### A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the product.
- ##### A refund is required under applicable law.

##### Before requesting a refund, please contact us so that we can first attempt to resolve any technical issue.

##### **3. Incorrect Email Address**

##### If an incorrect email address is provided during checkout and the EBook cannot be delivered as a result, please contact us as soon as possible.

##### We may be able to correct the delivery information where reasonably possible.

##### **4. Change of Mind**

##### We generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or accessing a digital EBook.

##### Please review the product description and available information before completing your purchase.

##### **5. Duplicate Purchases**

##### If you accidentally purchase the same EBook more than once, contact us with your purchase details.

##### We will review the situation and may provide an appropriate solution.

##### **6. Refund Requests**

##### When contacting us regarding a refund, please provide:

- ##### Email used for purchase
- ##### EBook purchased
- ##### Date of purchase
- ##### Order or transaction reference, if available
- ##### Description of the problem

##### We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and process the request.

##### **7. Refund Processing**

##### Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

##### The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
