## Mattu Beach

**A quiet stretch of coast away from the usual crowds.**

Mattu Beach is perfect when you simply want to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the Udupi coast. With its long shoreline, coconut trees and peaceful surroundings, it feels wonderfully untouched.

Come here for a sunset, a walk along the shore, or simply to sit by the Arabian Sea and do nothing for a while.

#### St. Mary's Island

Just off the coast of Malpe, St. Mary's Island is famous for its unusual **hexagonal basalt rock formations** and beautiful coastline.
